Composition:

Each enteric-coated tablet contains:

Acetylsalicylic Acid 100mg

Properties:

Asprotect is a salicylate NSAID that has a blood-thinning effect.

Indications:

Prevention of arterial thrombosis after coronary artery surgery. Prevention of strokes, arterial thrombosis and after myocardial infarction. Treatment of unstable angina pectoris and acute myocardial infarction.

Mode of application:

The tablets should be taken whole with plenty of liquid, 30 minutes before meals. With unstable angina pectoris, the daily dose is 75300 mg. A daily dose of 1 tablet (100 mg / day) is recommended to improve tolerance. In acute myocardial infarction, the first tablet c be bitten or chewed, the daily dose is 100mg. To prevent recurrent myocardial infarction, 3 tablets (300 mg / day) are recommended.

After surgery or other interventions in the arterial blood vessels, the dose is 100-300 mg. The duration of treatment is prescribed by the doctor. Do not interrupt the course yourself, without consulting a specialist.

Contraindications:

children under 12 years old; hypersensitivity to salicylates and aspirin; bleeding tendency; peptic ulcer and 12 duodenal ulcer; severe diseases of the heart, liver, kidneys; pregnancy and lactation.

Precautions:

Aspirin can prolong labor and make premature bleeding when used during the last trimester of pregnancy. Use with caution in patients with diseases of the cardiovascular system, gastrointestinal diseases (especially elderly patients), strictly under medical supervision. Do not drink alcohol during treatment.

Side effects:

headache, dizziness, confusion, hearing impairment, tinnitus, indigestion (nausea, heartburn, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrh gastric microbleeding, impaired renal function

and acute renal failure.

Storage:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30C in a dry place out of the reach of children.
