Pharmacy order processing and fulfillment manager (Sharm El Sheikh)

A Russian pharmacy in Egypt is inviting interested candidates to join its team for the following position:
Pharmacy order processing and fulfillment manager (Sharm El Sheikh).

Conditions:

• Salary: base salary + percentage from both personal sales and total pharmacy sales.
• During the training period, only the base salary is paid (bonuses are not included).
• On-site work only (no remote option).
• The pharmacy is located in the Nabq area.
• The first two weeks of training take place at the pharmacy in Naama Bay.
• Work schedule: 2/2 shift rotation.

Responsibilities:

• Receiving incoming online orders.
• Processing orders and discussing details with customers via private messaging.
• Assembling orders and handing them over to the delivery department.
• Requesting stock transfers from other pharmacies within the network.
• Monitoring order payments.
• Handling pre-orders, placing orders with suppliers, tracking arrivals, and completing customer orders.
• Assisting the pharmacist on the sales floor during the workday.
• Communicating with other departments on work-related matters.

Requirements:

• Willingness to work long-term.
• Proficiency in Russian (written and spoken).
• Attention to detail and customer needs.
• Strong communication skills, diplomacy, and tact.
• Ability to engage in customer dialogue.
• Stress resistance.
• Knowledge of English and Arabic is an advantage, but not required.
• Medical education is a plus.
• Ability to make independent decisions in ambiguous situations.
