Urinex 36 capsules

Composition:

Each enteric coated soft gelatin capsule contains:
Active substances:
Alpha-Pinene 24.80 mg, Camphene 15 mg, Borneol 10 mg, Beta-Pinene 6.20 mg, Alpha-Fenchone 4 mg, Anethole 4 mg, Cineole 3 mg.

Excipients:
Olive Oil.

Description:

A combined herbal medicine containing a complex of essential oils and terpenes.
It has spasmolytic, anti-inflammatory, and litholytic (stone-dissolving) effects in the urinary tract.
Helps relax smooth muscles, facilitates the passage of small calculi and sand, and improves urodynamics.

Indications for Use:

Adjuvant therapy for urolithiasis in adults and children over 6 years of age after a definite diagnosis has been made by a physician.

Dosage and Administration:

  • Oral. Swallow capsules whole, without chewing, before meals.
  • Adults and adolescents from 14 years: 1 capsule 4 to 5 times daily.
  • Children from 6 to 14 years: 1 to 2 capsules twice daily.
  • Children from 0 to 6 years: No data on efficacy and safety. Not recommended.

Contraindications:

  • Hypersensitivity to any component of the drug.
  • Severe inflammatory diseases of the kidneys and gastrointestinal tract in the acute phase.
  • Severe hepatic insufficiency.

Precautions:

  • The drug should be used only after a definite diagnosis of urolithiasis has been established by a doctor to rule out other conditions (e.g., acute surgical pathology).
  • Conservative management of urolithiasis should be initiated under medical supervision, as stones can cause urinary tract obstruction, hydronephrosis, and infectious complications.
  • Use with caution in patients taking anticoagulants or drugs whose metabolism is dependent on liver function.
  • Contains parabens (Sodium Ethyl and Propyl Hydroxybenzoate), which may cause allergic reactions (possibly delayed).

Side Effects:

No cases of side effects have been reported at the time of registration.
Theoretically, allergic reactions to components or dyspeptic symptoms are possible.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Pregnancy:
No information on human use is available.
Animal studies did not reveal a teratogenic effect.
However, some ingredients can cross the placenta.
Use during pregnancy is only possible if considered essential by the physician.
Lactation:
Data on safety during breastfeeding are not available.
Use with caution, weighing the benefit/risk ratio.

Storage Conditions:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30°C in a dry place. 
Keep out of the sight and reach of children.

Carton box containing 3 blisters, each of 12 enteric coated soft gelatin capsules, with an insert leaflet.
