Treczimus 0.1% Topical Ointment 30 g

Composition: 

Tacrolimus 1 mg/g (0.1%) topical ointment.

Product Description: 

Topical immunomodulator indicated for dermatological use.
Tacrolimus is a calcineurin inhibitor that reduces skin inflammation by suppressing T-cell activation. 

Indications for Use: 

Treatment of moderate to severe atopic dermatitis (eczema) in patients unresponsive or intolerant to conventional therapies. 

Method of Administration and Dosage: 

Apply a thin layer to affected skin areas twice daily, as directed by the physician. 

Contraindications: 

Hypersensitivity to tacrolimus or any component of the formulation. 

Precautions: 

Avoid use on infected skin.
Limit sun exposure; use sunscreen.
Not for use in children under 2 years. 

Adverse Reactions (Side Effects): 

Common: burning, itching, redness at application site.
Rare: skin infections, lymphadenopathy. 

Pregnancy and Lactation: 

Use only if potential benefit outweighs risk; consult physician. 

Storage Conditions: 

Store below 25°C.
Do not freeze.
Keep the tube tightly closed.
