Composition:

Directions of use:

The contents of the jar are designed to prepare approximately 7 servings, at standard dilution.

To prepare one serving (230 ml) of the mixture:

Pour 195 ml of water, cooled to room temperature, into a glass.

Gradually add 6 scoops of Ensure mixture, stirring constantly, and stir until the mixture is completely dissolved.

The diluted mixture should be used immediately.
