Method of Administration and Dosage:

• Method of Use:
• Wash hands thoroughly before opening the package.
• Remove the plastic wrapper from the tampon and uncoil the withdrawal cord.
• Place index finger in the hollow base of the tampon.
• Relax muscles and gently guide the tampon diagonally back toward the lower back until comfortable.
• Usage Interval:
  Change tampons every 4 to 8 hours depending on flow.
  Do not leave a tampon in for more than 8 hours.
• Disposal: Dispose of used tampons in a waste bin (do not flush down the toilet).

Contraindications:

Known hypersensitivity or allergy to any of the component materials (viscose, polyethylene, polypropylene, polyester).
History of Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS).

Precautions:

• Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) Warning: Tampon use has been associated with Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS), a rare but serious illness. Read and keep the enclosed leaflet on TSS.
• Absorbency Selection: Always use the lowest absorbency suitable for your current menstrual flow.
• Overnight Use: Do not use overnight if sleeping longer than 8 hours.
• Medical Attention: Discontinue use immediately and seek medical care if symptoms such as sudden high fever, vomiting, diarrhea, dizziness, fainting, or a sunburn-like rash occur.
• Route of Administration: For vaginal hygiene use only.

Vaginal Manifestations: Vaginal dryness, local irritation, or discomfort (especially if an excessively high absorbency level is used).
