Composition: 

Active ingredient:
Mirogabalin 15 mg per tablet.

Product Description: 

Miroxnoric is an anticonvulsant and analgesic medication containing mirogabalin, a ligand of the α2δ subunit of voltage-gated calcium channels.
It reduces neuropathic pain by modulating neurotransmitter release.

Indications for Use:

Peripheral neuropathic pain associated with diabetic neuropathy.
Postherpetic neuralgia.
Other neuropathic pain conditions as directed by a physician.

Method of Administration and Dosage: 

Adults: initial dose 5 mg twice daily, titrated to 10–15 mg twice daily depending on patient response and tolerability.
Tablets should be swallowed whole with water, with or without food.
Dosage adjustments may be required in patients with renal impairment.

Contraindications: 

Hypersensitivity to mirogabalin or any excipients.
Severe renal impairment without dose adjustment.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding.
Children and adolescents under 18 years.

Precautions: 

Use with caution in patients with renal impairment.
May cause dizziness or somnolence; caution advised when driving or operating machinery.
Monitor patients for signs of misuse or dependence Avoid alcohol consumption during treatment.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects: 

Common: dizziness, somnolence, headache, fatigue Gastrointestinal: nausea, constipation.
Neurological: blurred vision, ataxia.
Rare: hypersensitivity reactions

Pregnancy and Lactation: 

Contraindicated.
Safety in pregnant women has not been established.
Mirogabalin is excreted in breast milk and may pose risks to the infant.

Storage Conditions: 

Store below 25 °C, in a dry place, protected from light.
Keep out of reach of children.
