Directions for use:

Properly inserted tampon provides reliable protection, vary according to the strength of menstruation. Read the package leaflet carefully before use.

Remove the protective film and insert the tampon as shown in the pictures in the leaflet.

Always only use one tampon and change every 4-6 hours. 

To remove the tampon, simply pull the removal cord. Do not forget to remove the last tampon when the period finishes. Use tampons only during your period.

Toxic Shock Syndrome (TSS) is an extremely rare, but serious, toxic illness that may occur in men, women and children. It is caused by toxins produced by bacteria that live in human beings. Approximately one half of cases occur in women or girls. It has been associated with tampon use, but can also occur during menstruation when tampons have not been used. 

Do not flush the used tampon into the toilet.
