Composition:

Carmellose Sodium 0.5%;
Sodium Hyaluronate 0.1%;
Glycerin 0.9%.
Benzalkonium chloride free.

Product Description: 

Lubristira is a sterile ophthalmic solution designed to lubricate and hydrate the ocular surface.
Its dual action of carmellose sodium and sodium hyaluronate provides viscoelastic protection, while glycerin enhances moisture retention.
The preservative-free formulation makes it suitable for sensitive eyes and long-term use.

Indications for Use:

• Dry eye syndrome (tear film instability).
  
• Ocular irritation due to environmental factors (dust, pollution, prolonged screen use).
  
• Discomfort from contact lens wear.
  
• Post-ocular surgery recovery (e.g., refractive or cataract surgery).
  
• Surface protection during corneal healing.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

Instill 1–2 drops into the conjunctival sac up to 4 times daily or as needed.
Safe for use with contact lenses.
Shake gently before use; discard if solution becomes cloudy.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to carmellose sodium, sodium hyaluronate, glycerin, or any excipients.

Precautions:

For ophthalmic use only.
Do not touch the dropper tip to any surface or directly to the eye.
Discontinue use if pain, redness, or changes in vision occur.
Use under supervision in children or dependent patients.

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

Common: transient blurred vision, mild stinging or burning.
Rare: allergic reactions, persistent irritation.

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Safe due to negligible systemic absorption; can be used during pregnancy and breastfeeding.

Storage Conditions:

Store below 30 °C, protected from light.
Do not refrigerate or freeze.
Use within 30 days after opening.
