Composition:

Active ingredient:
Diclofenac Sodium 75 mg per sustained-release tablet.

Product Description: 

Diclopro SR is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) formulated in sustained-release tablets.
It gradually releases diclofenac sodium to provide prolonged pain relief and reduce inflammation.

Indications for Use:

Osteoarthritis, rheumatoid arthritis, ankylosing spondylitis.
Musculoskeletal pain (back pain, sprains, strains, fractures).
Acute gout attacks.
Pain after minor surgery or dental procedures.
Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation). 

Method of Administration and Dosage:

Usual adult dose: 75 mg once or twice daily, depending on severity.
Tablets should be swallowed whole with water, not chewed.
Duration of treatment depends on physician’s guidance. 

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to diclofenac or other NSAIDs (aspirin, ibuprofen).
History of peptic ulcer, gastrointestinal bleeding, or perforation.
Severe heart failure, liver or kidney disease.
Established cardiovascular or cerebrovascular disease.
Last trimester of pregnancy. 

Precautions:

Use with caution in patients with hypertension, diabetes, or mild kidney/liver impairment.
Monitor for gastrointestinal symptoms (indigestion, abdominal pain).
Avoid in patients with inflammatory bowel disease.
Inform physician before GI surgery (may impair healing). 

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

Common: indigestion, nausea, abdominal pain, diarrhea, headache.
Serious: GI bleeding, ulcers, cardiovascular events (heart attack, stroke), liver dysfunction, kidney impairment.
Allergic reactions: rash, angioedema, asthma exacerbation. 

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Contraindicated in the last trimester of pregnancy.
Use only if benefits outweigh risks in earlier pregnancy stages.
Not recommended during breastfeeding. 

Storage Conditions: 

Store below 25°C in a dry place.
Keep out of reach of children.
