Dentinox infant colic drops 100 ml

Dentinox is a remedy for relieving intestinal colic in newborns and infants. Eliminates excess gas formation and promotes the removal of gases from the gastrointestinal tract.

Composition:

• Active ingredient: Activated dimethicone (Activated Dimeticone) - 42.0 mg / ml

Pharmacological properties:

Activated dimethicone is an antifoaming agent from the silicone group.
• Reduces the surface tension of gas bubbles in the intestines
• Destroys bubbles and facilitates the natural elimination of gases
• Is not absorbed into the blood and is excreted unchanged
• Tasteless, safe when taken in recommended doses

Indications for use:

• Intestinal colic in infants and children
• Flatulence
• Auxiliary agent in preparation for ultrasound or x-ray of the abdominal organs

Method of administration and dosage:

• Newborns and infants (up to 2 years):
2.5 ml (about half a teaspoon) added to milk or water during feeding
Can be given up to 4 times a day, including the last dose before bedtime
• The drug should be shaken before use
