Composition:
Active substance:
Celecoxib — 100 mg.
Pharmacological Properties:
Celebrex is a nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drug (NSAID) that selectively inhibits the enzyme cyclooxygenase-2 (COX-2), reducing the production of prostaglandins responsible for inflammation, pain, and fever.
Indications:
Osteoarthritis
Rheumatoid arthritis
Ankylosing spondylitis
Dysmenorrhea (painful menstruation)
Acute pain.
Dosage and Administration:
Recommended dose:
100 mg once daily or 50 mg twice daily.
In case of disease exacerbation, the dose may be increased to 100 mg twice daily.
Take orally, regardless of food intake.
Contraindications:
Hypersensitivity to celecoxib or any components of the medication.
Active gastrointestinal diseases (ulcers, bleeding).
Severe heart failure.
Third trimester of pregnancy.
Lactation period.
Precautions:
Use with caution in patients with liver or kidney diseases.
Avoid prolonged use in patients at increased risk of cardiovascular diseases.
Concurrent use with other NSAIDs is not recommended.

Abdominal pain
Diarrhea
Headache
Nausea.
Rare:
Edema
Dizziness
Increased blood pressure
Rash.
Very rare:
Toxic epidermal necrolysis
Stevens-Johnson syndrome.
Storage Conditions:
Store at 20°C to 25°C.
Temperature fluctuations between 15°C and 30°C are permissible.
Keep out of reach of children.
