Composition
Each tablet contains three active ingredients:
Perindopril arginine - 5 mg
Indapamide - 1.25 mg
Amlodipine - 5 mg
Dosage form: film-coated tablets.
Pharmacological properties
• Perindopril arginine: angiotensin-converting enzyme inhibitor (ACEI), promotes vasodilation and lowers blood pressure.
• Indapamide: a thiazide-like diuretic, promotes the removal of excess fluid and lowers blood pressure.
• Amlodipine: a calcium channel blocker, relaxes the vascular wall, reducing peripheral resistance.
Indications for use
The drug is used to treat arterial hypertension (high blood pressure).
Method of administration
The dosage is determined by the specialist doctor based on the patient's health condition and the severity of his hypertension.
Initially, the patient is prescribed 2.5/3.5 mg of amlodipine/perindopril once a day.
The dose can be increased after 1-2 weeks if the response is achieved, but not to the desired level.
The maximum daily dose is 10/40 mg of amlodipine/perindopril.
