Composition:

Colocynth oil, essential oils (menthol, eucalyptus oil, camphor), and natural plant extracts, purified water. 

Product Description:

Natural herbal rubefacient and warming massage cream designed to provide fast-acting relief for muscular and joint discomfort.
Colocynth oil acts as a local anti-inflammatory and analgesic agent, helping to ease stiffness and rheumatic distress.
The synergistic action of essential oils promotes localized vasodilation, generating a warming and soothing effect that stimulates local circulation and relaxes tense muscle tissues. 

Indications for Use:

Symptomatic relief of joint pain, arthritis, stiffness, and rheumatic discomfort
Soothing muscle fatigue, soreness, strains, and post-exercise muscular tension
Warming massage care for lower backache, neck, and shoulder stiffness.

Method of Administration and Dosage:

For external topical use only.
Clean and dry the affected area prior to application.
Apply a suitable amount of cream to the affected area 2 to 3 times daily.
Massage gently in circular motions until the cream is completely absorbed.
Hands should be washed thoroughly after application. 

Contraindications:

Known hypersensitivity or allergy to colocynth oil, menthol, or any inactive excipients
Application on broken skin, open wounds, burns, or active eczema/dermatitis
Children under 6 years of age 

Precautions:

Intended strictly for external topical use.
Avoid contact with eyes, nostrils, and mucous membranes; in case of accidental contact, rinse thoroughly with water.
Do not apply under tight occlusive dressings or simultaneously with heating pads.
Discontinue use if severe skin irritation, redness, or allergic reaction develops. 

Adverse Reactions / Side Effects:

Local Reactions: Transient mild skin redness (erythema), localized tingling, or warming/burning sensation at the site of application.
Allergic Reactions: Rare instances of allergic contact dermatitis, itching (pruritus), or skin rash. 

Pregnancy and Lactation:

Use during pregnancy and breastfeeding is not recommended without prior medical consultation, as clinical safety data regarding systemic absorption of active essential oils and colocynth extract are limited. 

Storage Conditions:

Store at a temperature not exceeding 30 °C in a dry place, protected from direct sunlight and heat.
Keep out of reach of children.
