Composition: 

Each tablet contains Paracetamol 1000 mg. 

Product Description: 

Paramol is an analgesic and antipyretic preparation used to relieve pain and reduce fever.
It is supplied in film-coated tablets.

Indications for Use: 

Paramol is indicated for the relief of mild to moderate pain (such as headache, toothache, musculoskeletal pain, menstrual pain) and for reducing fever associated with infections and inflammatory conditions. 

Method of Administration and Dosage: 

The preparation is administered orally.
Adults usually take 1 tablet (1000 mg) every 6–8 hours as needed, not exceeding the maximum daily dose prescribed by a physician. 

Contraindications: 

Paramol must not be used in patients with hypersensitivity to paracetamol, severe liver impairment, or those consuming excessive alcohol. 

Precautions: 

Caution is advised in patients with liver or kidney disease.
Avoid concurrent use with other paracetamol-containing preparations to prevent overdose. 

Adverse Reactions: 

Possible side effects include allergic reactions (rash, itching), gastrointestinal upset, and, rarely, liver toxicity with overdose or prolonged use. 

Pregnancy and Lactation: 

Paramol may be used during pregnancy and lactation if clearly necessary and prescribed by a physician. 

Storage Conditions: 

Store below 25°C in a dry place, protected from moisture and light.
Keep out of reach of children. 

Packaging: 

Supplied in a box containing 20 tablets, each with 1000 mg paracetamol.
